Our Story

As licensed Minnesota Realtors, we've spent years helping people find homes and build their lives in local communities. Along the way, we saw firsthand how much a well-managed HOA can shape a homeowner's experience.

We heard many of the same concerns from homeowners and board members: communication felt distant, questions went unanswered, and it was often difficult to reach someone who truly knew their community.

That inspired us to create InMotion Lifestyles.

We wanted to build a company that feels different. Local, responsive, and relationship-focused. A team that boards and homeowners know by name and can count on when they need support.
